First thing first, you have to make a booking to get started. And there are three ways to book our service.

You can download our mobile app (available on android play store and apple app store) and make a booking
One you have done your booking, our agents will reach your preferred location at your preferred time to pick up your car and bring it to the service station.
We will do an initial thorough inspection of your car at your presence to cross check the service required.
Later on, a thorough inspection and collection report will be generated and sent to your registered email address and phone number.
Once the service is completed, the assigned service advisor does a quality check of the vehicle and assigns it for a road test. If it fails the quality check, your vehicle will be sent back to the workshop for further diagnosis.
After passing the quality check, your car will be sent for a mandatory cleaning. Post-cleaning, another quality check will be carried out after which the invoice will be generated and sent to your mobile or email. You will need to make the payment online.
Once the payment is completed, your car will be delivered back to you to your preferred location and time along with the detailed service report for further reference.
